Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services desirable
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to lift and carry luggage
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury hotel or restaurant preferred
  • Flexible with schedule and able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings and overnight shifts
  • Proficient in reading, writing and oral English
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, carry the luggage and pull luggage carts
  • Able to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
  • Must provide work authorization document proving eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Greets all guests and delivers luggage to room upon check-in, picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the front drive
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • resolves customer complaints, assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, directions, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc
  • Assists the Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks and special requests
  • Receives vehicles from guests and drives to the hotel garage, adhering to all traffic regulations and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle being driven and other vehicles in the vicinity
  • picks up vehicles when requested in a timely manner
  • Yields to pedestrians
  • Assesses any damage to vehicle, clearly notes any damage on claim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked
  • deposits key and ticket in Bell closet
  • Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property
  • Assists with preparation and delivery of In Room Dining delivery and housekeeping items during overnight shift
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
  • Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
