Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or luxury service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professional appearance at all times
- Capacity to stay calm and composed under pressure

Job Duties
- Remain present and attentive in the event area throughout the duration of assigned events
- Serve as the go-to contact for the client, relaying requests to the appropriate Chateau Luxe team members (banquet, setup, housekeeping, bar, etc.)
- Monitor guest flow, ensuring public spaces and event areas remain tidy and presentable
- Coordinate with the banquet captain and event manager to ensure client needs are met promptly
- Assist with small guest needs (e.g., locating restrooms, temperature adjustments, special requests) with professionalism and discretion
- Proactively identify potential service or comfort issues and address them before they escalate
- Support overall event success by maintaining a polished appearance and luxury-standard service demeanor
