Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of hospitality front desk experience
- Open availability for all shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Duties
- Provide warm welcomes and friendly service to guests from registration to checkout
- Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and share information about the resort and local attractions
- Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures
- Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete cashier responsibilities accurately
- Complete all checkout procedures ensuring accurate charges and credits on guest folios
- Reserve and confirm room reservations for individuals and groups
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction
