Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hotel experience nice to have but not required
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Ability to uphold team values (Reliable, Lead by Example, Personable, Integrity, Never Settle)
- Must be friendly, customer-focused, and computer savvy
- Must be able to work independently and be flexible with shifts
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays with availability to pick up additional shifts

Job Duties
- Promptly respond to any guest requests (phone, email, text, in-person, etc.)
- Manage daily reservations (guest info, dates, payments, etc.) to ensure financials are in order
- Help keep guest rooms sparkly clean, sanitized, and stocked
- Care for the hotel to ensure common areas are always clean and tidy
- Welcome guests to town, showcasing local restaurants and attractions
- Set up and breakdown breakfast for guests including restocking supplies and conducting inventory
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet standards and report maintenance needs
- Perform any other tasks required for successful functioning of the hotel
