Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of post-high school experience in office, reception, healthcare, or customer service setting
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Able to handle money accurately
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Must work with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality and patient privacy
- Professional appearance and maturity
- Possess good judgment
- Valid driver’s license when driving for work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Solid math skills for cash handling

Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, families, visitors, physicians, and employees with information and directions
- Conduct health screenings according to CDC and organizational guidelines
- Manage visitor entry and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate scheduling of contracted interpreters
- Handle cash reconciliation, cash posting, and external transportation billing
- Maintain lost and found items inventory
- Provide concierge services such as transportation and guest lodging support
