Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of post-high school experience in office, reception, healthcare, or customer service setting
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Able to handle money accurately
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multi-line phone systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Must work with minimal supervision
  • Maintain confidentiality and patient privacy
  • Professional appearance and maturity
  • Possess good judgment
  • Valid driver’s license when driving for work

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Solid math skills for cash handling

  • Valid driver’s license if driving is required

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients, families, visitors, physicians, and employees with information and directions
  • Conduct health screenings according to CDC and organizational guidelines
  • Manage visitor entry and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Coordinate scheduling of contracted interpreters
  • Handle cash reconciliation, cash posting, and external transportation billing
  • Maintain lost and found items inventory
  • Provide concierge services such as transportation and guest lodging support
