Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in a customer service role with strong guest interaction
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record for at least six months
- Ability to stand and move quickly for full work shifts
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
- Must have a pleasant and engaging personality
Job Qualifications
- At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Valid drivers license with no infractions for at least 6 months
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Interact with all guests and welcome them to the hotel
- Open car doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle
- Park and retrieve guests' cars as needed
- Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation
- Work collaboratively with other attendants to deliver personalized guest experiences
- Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
- Go beyond the norm to make a difference for all guests and employees
