Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 6 months of related experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • ability to handle cash responsibly
  • physical ability to stand, sit, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb stairs
  • flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be a people-person with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 6 months of related customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • strong knowledge of local area attractions
  • proficiency with computers and property management software
  • able to interact positively with diverse guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a cheerful and professional demeanor
  • check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations
  • provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and events
  • handle cash transactions responsibly and reliably
  • use property management systems to update guest information and manage room availability
  • address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
