Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 6 months of related experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- ability to handle cash responsibly
- physical ability to stand, sit, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb stairs
- flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be a people-person with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a cheerful and professional demeanor
- check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations
- provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and events
- handle cash transactions responsibly and reliably
- use property management systems to update guest information and manage room availability
- address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
