Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Ability to use computer software for guest management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle detailed tasks and multitask
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Basic food handling knowledge for Carriage House duties
- Ability to operate relevant software systems for guest registration
Job Duties
- Guest registration and departure
- Greet guests and members promptly and cheerfully
- Escort guests to their rooms with luggage and explain room amenities
- Provide information on venue, resort, and local attractions
- Enforce venue policies and safety procedures
- Assist with venue coverage and maintain clean work areas
- Handle food service duties at Carriage House including set up and break down of food services
