Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as receptionist or in customer service
- 1-2 years of guest services experience
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist
- 1-2 years experience in guest services preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests and members promptly and cheerfully
- Register guests and members in applicable software system
- Escort guests to their rooms explaining amenities and emergency procedures
- Provide information about the property, local attractions, and company programs
- Enforce venue policies and respond appropriately during emergencies
- Monitor lobby traffic and adhere to safety procedures
- Operate valet service and shuttle for Lodge Kohler
- Manage food service setup, maintenance and takedown at Carriage House
- Handle food items properly and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Complete opening and closing procedures and assist with special projects
