- Basic food safety knowledge for Carriage House role
- Must adhere to venue policies and dress code
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry luggage
- Must pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Guest registration and departure including greeting guests warmly
- Register guest/member in applicable software systems
- Provide guests with information about the venue and resort
- Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage
- Explain room amenities, door lock system, and emergency exits
- Provide valet service or parking directions
- Deliver complementary shuttle service for Lodge Kohler guests
- Respond courteously to special requests
- Enforce venue policies and procedures
- React appropriately during emergencies or disturbances
- Monitor lobby traffic and adhere to safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness in lobby, kitchen, storage areas, and exterior
- Perform clerical duties and assist with venue coverage
- Complete opening and closing procedures when scheduled
- Arrange and deliver amenities for Lodge Kohler
- Handle food items properly and set up food services in Carriage House
- Serve guests and maintain kitchen pantry
- Wash dishes and dispose of garbage
- Stock rotate and organize food orders
- Complete waste tracking and communicate supply needs
