Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality
- Ability to greet and register guests accurately
- Knowledge of venue and surrounding area
- Capability to manage luggage and vehicle valet
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to respond to emergencies
- Willingness to perform clerical duties
- Availability for opening and closing shifts
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Physical ability to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety for Carriage House duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities
- Ability to use guest service software systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly
- Familiarity with food handling and safety practices (for Carriage House responsibilities)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic clerical skills
Job Duties
- Guest registration and departure
- Greet guests and members with promptness and cheerfulness
- Register guests in software systems
- Provide guests with venue and resort information
- Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage
- Explain door lock systems and emergency procedures
- Valet guest vehicles or provide parking directions
- Provide complimentary shuttle service in Green Bay area for Lodge Kohler
- Respond to special requests
- Enforce venue policies and procedures
- Respond to emergencies appropriately
- Maintain lobby traffic monitoring
- Assist with venue coverage needs
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Perform clerical tasks
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Arrange and deliver amenities for Lodge Kohler
- Handle food items properly in Carriage House
- Set up and maintain food services
- Serve Carriage House guests
- Clean kitchen pantry and equipment
- Stock, rotate and organize supplies
- Complete waste tracking
- Communicate supply needs
