Job Duties
- Extend friendly greetings and farewells to guests and members
- Register guests and members in and out of software systems
- Provide guests with information about the venue and local area
- Escort guests to rooms, explain amenities and emergency procedures
- Handle luggage and valet vehicles as requested
- Respond courteously to special requests and emergencies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including lobby and kitchen
