Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as receptionist or in customer service
- 1-2 years of experience in guest services
- Friendly, outgoing personality and attention to detail
- Must have and maintain valid driver's license
- Physical ability to walk, stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and occasionally overnight
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of prior experience in guest services or customer service
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Knowledgeable about property and local area
- Ability to respond appropriately during emergencies
- Basic food handling knowledge for Carriage House duties
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts
Job Duties
- Extend friendly greetings and farewells to guests and members
- Register guests and members in and out of applicable software systems
- Provide information about the venue, resort, local attractions, and shopping
- Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage
- Explain room amenities, door lock system, and emergency exits
- Valet guest vehicles and provide shuttle services
- Respond to special requests and handle emergencies
- Enforce venue policies and safety procedures
- Monitor lobby traffic and maintain cleanliness
- Assist with venue coverage and clerical tasks
- Manage food services and kitchen maintenance in the Carriage House
- Stock and rotate food supplies
- Complete waste tracking and communicate supply needs
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Arrange for-purchase and complementary amenities for guests
