Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for registration systems
- Physical ability to handle luggage and stand for long periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response
- Must be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle food safely for Carriage House duties
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of venue and local area a plus
- Ability to use computer software for guest registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
- Basic food handling knowledge for Carriage House duties
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Duties
- Guest registration and departure
- Greet guests and members promptly and cheerfully
- Register guests and members using software systems
- Provide guests with venue and resort information
- Escort guests to rooms and explain amenities
- Valet vehicles upon request and provide parking directions
- Provide shuttle service in the Green Bay area (Lodge Kohler only)
- Respond courteously to special requests
- Be knowledgeable about property, nearby attractions, and shopping
- Enforce venue policies and respond to emergencies
- Monitor lobby traffic and adhere to safety procedures
- Assist with venue coverage and maintain cleanliness
- Perform clerical tasks and complete opening and closing procedures
- Handle food services, including preparation, storage, and presentation in Carriage House
- Serve guests and maintain kitchen area
- Communicate supply needs
- Complete waste tracking and stock rotation
- Deliver amenities as assigned (Lodge Kohler only)
