Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Seattle area and attractions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift luggage
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome guests on the front drive
- Assist guests with luggage handling
- Coordinate transportation arrangements
- Communicate with Front Desk, Valet, and other hotel teams
- Provide concierge-style support including restaurant and local recommendations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure seamless arrival and departure experience
