Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English

Job Qualifications

  • A friendly, outgoing, guest-first personality
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with basic sales skills including promotions and Hilton Honors enrollment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
  • Hotel experience is a plus, but training will be provided

  • Foster clear communication and teamwork within the Front Office and other hotel departments
