Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer-facing work experience preferably in hospitality or sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and other languages specified
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to maintain professionalism and composure
  • Strong adaptability and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Windows-based programs
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer-facing experience preferably in hospitality or sales
  • Proficiency in English
  • Preferred language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and French
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Windows-based applications including Outlook and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and text messages from guests and other stakeholders
  • Engage with guests courteously and professionally
  • Maintain and communicate detailed hotel and room knowledge
  • Document guest requests accurately in the system
  • Assist with guest requests related to engineering, valet, front desk, security, bell desk, and housekeeping
  • Provide accurate directions and information about hotel functions
  • Handle guest complaints and escalate when necessary
