Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
  • no related work experience required but preferred
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • ability to work over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
  • ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • flexible availability to work varied shifts
  • commitment to follow company policies and maintain professional personal appearance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
  • manage seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently
  • assist in setting tables and ensuring dining areas are well-prepared
  • support kitchen and food service staff by replenishing supplies and cleaning work areas
  • communicate effectively with team members and guests to enhance the dining experience
  • verify menu information to ensure accuracy and provide assistance as needed
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest service areas
