Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to train and supervise team members
- Ability to handle money accurately
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties
- Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
- Ensure Drury Hotels policies and procedures are consistently communicated and followed
- Maintain high standard of integrity and demonstrate positive leadership characteristics
- Assist with training guest service team members
- Provide courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests and respond promptly to inquiries, requests and complaints
- Monitor hotel facilities and team member work habits to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Perform duties of guest service agent, night audit or other positions as needed
