Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of guest service experience
  • at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • strong communication skills
  • organizational skills
  • ability to use Microsoft Office tools

  • ability to stay calm under pressure
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Duties

  • Lead and support front desk attendants to keep the front of house running smoothly and the atmosphere lively, friendly, and organized
  • ensure the facility is clean, well-presented, and ready to impress guests
  • oversee daily operations in amusement areas and assist with scheduling team members to meet business needs
  • train, coach, and motivate front desk attendants and porters to deliver top-tier service
  • partner with the general manager on promotions, leagues, and special events
  • communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership in person, over the phone, and via POS and PA systems
  • monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment, addressing any issues promptly
  • lead by example through Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.), ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and excited to return
  • respond quickly to guest needs, safety issues, or incidents with professionalism and care
  • complete shift reports, handle cash or vouchers accurately, and help keep operations running seamlessly
