Job Duties

  • Lead and support front desk attendants to ensure smooth front-of-house operations and a lively atmosphere
  • Ensure the facility is clean, well-presented, and ready to impress guests
  • Oversee daily operations in amusement areas and assist with scheduling team members
  • Train, coach, and motivate front desk attendants and porters to deliver excellent service
  • Partner with the general manager on promotions, leagues, and special events
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership through various channels
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment and address any issues promptly
  • Lead by example through the Spare Time Service Standards ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest needs, safety concerns, or incidents
  • Complete shift reports, handle cash and vouchers accurately to support operations
