Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest service roles
- Ability to give and take written and oral direction
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Ability to handle money and make change
- Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Willingness to perform various duties as needed
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- May require some travel

Job Duties
- Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
- Ensure Drury Hotels policies and procedures are consistently communicated and followed
- Maintain high standards of integrity and provide motivation and positive leadership
- Assist with training guest service team members
- Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all guests and potential guests
- Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 service attitude
- Monitor hotel facilities and team member work habits to ensure safety and security
- Perform duties of guest service agent, night audit, or other positions as needed
