Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle money and office machines
  • Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Job Duties

  • Ensure Drury Hotels policies and procedures are communicated and followed
  • Maintain high standard of integrity and provide motivational leadership
  • Assist with training guest service team members
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all guests
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
