Job Duties
- assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
- ensure Drury Hotels policies and procedures are communicated and followed
- maintain high standards of integrity and provide motivation
- demonstrate positive leadership characteristics
- assist with training guest service team members
- provide courteous, efficient, friendly service to guests
- respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
- perform duties of guest service agent, night audit, or other positions as needed
- handle money and utilize office machines
- monitor hotel facilities and team member work habits for safety
- observe and correct unsafe conditions
