Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of relevant experience required
- 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Ability and willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification or vocational training may be required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree or vocational training preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management desired
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- 4-6 years of preferred relevant experience
- Proven success in hotel or customer service environments
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Job Duties
- Represent the Blackwell Inn with courteous and professional interactions
- Facilitate check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle financial transactions and assist with change accounting
- Address and resolve guest needs and requests promptly
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff via telephone and in person
- Train and supervise student staff to uphold service standards
- Ensure adherence to Blackwell Inn policies and procedures during shifts
