Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest service
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to train and motivate staff
  • Knowledge of Drury Hotels policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle money and use office machines
  • Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and travel as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest service roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in handling financial transactions and office equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours and perform multiple roles as needed

Job Duties

  • Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
  • Ensure hotel policies and procedures are consistently communicated and followed
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and demonstrate positive leadership
  • Train guest service team members
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to guests
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude
  • Monitor hotel facilities and team member work habits to ensure safety and security
