Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles
- Ability to give and take written and oral direction
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to monitor and ensure a safe environment
- Willingness to perform various operational duties
- Some travel may be required

- Ability to train, motivate, and inspire team members

Job Duties
- Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Provide motivation and positive leadership to team members
- Assist with training guest service team members
- Deliver courteous, efficient, and friendly service to guests
- Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude
- Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests
