Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest service
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to occasionally travel
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
- Ensure hotel policies and procedures are communicated and followed
- Maintain high standards of integrity and leadership to motivate team members
- Assist with training of guest service team members
- Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to guests
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Monitor hotel facilities and team member work habits to ensure safety and security
