Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle money and make change accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to perform additional duties as needed
- Ability to ensure a safe and secure environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and use office machines
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Job Duties
- Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
- Ensure Drury Hotels' policies and procedures are consistently communicated and followed
- Maintain high standards of integrity and motivation
- Provide positive leadership to inspire team members
- Assist with training guest service team members
- Provide courteous, efficient, friendly service to guests
- Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
- Perform duties of guest service agent or night audit as needed
- Monitor hotel facilities and team member work habits for safety and security
- Observe and correct unsafe conditions
