Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hospitality or customer service
  • ability to give and receive written and oral direction
  • ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights
  • may require some travel
  • reliable and punctual
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • strong communication skills in English
  • knowledge of Drury Hotels policies and procedures
  • ability to train, motivate, and inspire team members
  • knowledge of marketing and sales programs
  • experience in guest service or related roles
  • ability to handle money and use office machines

Job Duties

  • assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
  • ensure policies and procedures are communicated and followed
  • maintain high standards of integrity and provide positive leadership
  • assist in training guest service team members
  • provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all guests
  • respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
