Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to personalize their experience
- expertly present and guide guests through the food and beverage menu options
- take accurate food and drink orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and guest areas
- address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- promote and explain specials, promotions, and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold restaurant standards and contribute to a positive work environment
