Job Requirements
- Open availability including overnight shifts
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to move through narrow, confined or elevated spaces, including stairs and ramps
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees with bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Ability to comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Job Duties
- Test beepers and radios to ensure communications equipment works properly
- Place requested items such as rollaway beds and refrigerators in guest rooms
- Deliver extra towels, bathrobes, and other items to guest rooms
- Provide complimentary toiletries like toothpaste, razors, and shampoo to guests
- Deliver items including messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, sundry items, and gift items to guest rooms
- Deliver rollaway beds, cribs, linens, toiletries, and other guest-requested items
- Deliver food, beverages or other amenities and assemble orders to go
