Job Duties
- Greet all customers with a sincere smile and positive attitude
- take and fill customer orders within company-mandated service time
- suggestively upsell products as directed by management
- collect money and deliver orders to customers
- immediately attend to any customer service problems or complaints and notify manager as needed
- verify opening readings and bank
- count down cash drawer at end of shift to ensure accuracy and notify manager of discrepancies
- ensure all product holding times are strictly observed
- maintain cleanliness and proper rotation of products on counters and display cases
- stock service area with necessary supplies such as napkins, cups, lids, and iced tea
- perform all other duties as assigned
