Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- greet and engage customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- assist guests in selecting and ordering the right cake for their event
- ensure accuracy and timeliness of all customer orders
- maintain a clean and inviting bakery environment
- promote and explain product features and promotions to customers
- handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- support team members and participate in bakery events and celebrations
