Job Requirements

must be available to work holidays and weekend shifts
able to stand for extended periods
must be punctual and reliable
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
physically able to perform bakery duties including lifting and moving products
willingness to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
positive attitude and team player mindset
basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

greet guests and make them feel welcome
assist guests in selecting cakes suitable for their celebrations
take and process orders accurately
maintain a clean and inviting bakery environment
handle transactions and cash register operations
provide product information and answer guest questions
participate in team meetings and training sessions
