Job Requirements
- 1-2 years hotel or restaurant experience
- dependable, punctual, impeccable attendance record
- accurate and detail oriented
- strong organizational skills
- positive attitude and strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- excellent math aptitude and cash handling ability
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- professional demeanor
- proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- able to work on feet for extended periods
- able to work flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- associates degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 1-2 years hotel or restaurant experience
- excellent communication skills
- strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- welcome guests to the hotel
- receive, fulfill, and report guests' requests
- create reservations
- provide concierge services and recommendations
- check guests in and out of the hotel
- maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area
- handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
