Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service to all hotel guests
- check guests in and out of the hotel
- manage reservations effectively
- resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times
