Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 months hospitality, general office, accounts receivable or customer service experience
- ability to speak and hear in English
- capacity for close and distance vision
- ability to sit frequently with some walking and standing
- ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds frequently
- manual dexterity and gross motor skills
- able to stand for long periods
- able to work overtime and irregular hours
Job Qualifications

- ability to multitask and switch between tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
- issue room key and escort instructions without announcing room numbers
- answer inquiries about hotel services and local amenities
- maintain records of room availability and guest accounts
- compute bills, collect payments, and make change
- handle and transmit messages through communication equipment
- enforce hotel credit policies and manage cash deposits
- greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- assign and supervise staff in absence of supervisor if in a lead capacity
- make reservations for guests and handle valuables
- perform other duties as assigned
