Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- willingness to learn and follow bakery policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm
- assist guests in selecting the appropriate cake for their celebration
- process orders accurately and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery
- restock products and displays as needed
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- participate in team training and development sessions
