Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to bakery location
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating joyful experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Help guests choose the right cake for their celebrations
- Assist with accurate order taking and processing
