Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to understand and communicate in English proficiently
- proficient with property management system technology
- ability to work through shift reports and perform audit functions when assigned
- compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- capability to handle cash, credit cards, and account balances
- ability to work in various environmental conditions including outdoor weather
- occasional physical requirements such as pushing or pulling carts up to 50 pounds
- readiness to travel to other hotel locations as needed
Job Qualifications

- proficient operation of property management system technology
- ability to work through shift reports and perform audit functions when necessary
- ability to understand and comply with safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to complete routine reports and correspondence
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- good judgment and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage guest-related issues and resolve problems
Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests
- assists and responds to guest requests with diligent follow through
- processes reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
- handles collection efforts of all in-house balances
- maintains all cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts at the property
- sets up, maintains and takes down breakfast when required
- maintains an organized and clean work area behind the front desk, in the lobby, and in guest common areas
- sells the value of ESA to all inquiries and strives to convert them into reservations
- collects relevant guest information, probes for potential sales leads, and identifies sales opportunities
- conducts periodic tours of the property to ensure brand standards are met
- assists and provides reasonable accommodations in response to guest requests
- complies with all company policies and procedures including key control policy and prompt reporting of safety and security issues
