Job Requirements
- Ability to speak and hear in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of guest services, office, accounts receivable, or customer service experience
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- proficient in multitasking between various activities
- good judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information
- ability to operate switchboard and computer keyboards accurately
Job Duties
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
- issue room keys and escort instructions appropriately without announcing room numbers
- answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, and local attractions
- maintain records of room availability and guest accounts
- make, confirm, and cancel reservations
- compute bills, collect payments, and post charges
- manage incoming mail and messages via telephone, fax, or switchboard
- enforce hotel credit and cash policies
- greet guests warmly and take initiative in customer service
- supervise assigned employees in absence of Department Manager
- make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations
- handle guests' valuables securely
- perform other duties as assigned
