Job Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 months of experience in hospitality, customer service, accounts receivable or office setting
- Prior experience handling guest payments and managing reservations preferred
- Familiarity with hotel procedures and property management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information
Job Duties
- Greet guests, register, and assign rooms
- Issue room keys and provide escort instructions
- Answer inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts
- Compute bills, collect payments, and post charges
- Enforce hotel credit policies and manage cash deposits
- Provide friendly and warm guest interactions
- Assign work and supervise employees in lead capacity if applicable
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and entertainment
- Handle guests' valuables securely
- Perform other assigned duties
