Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create a joyful atmosphere
- Assist guests in selecting the appropriate cakes for their celebrations
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery shop floor
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
