Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year experience providing customer service directly to the public
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Must be available to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Must comply with drug free workplace policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year experience providing customer service directly to the public
  • Knowledge of principles of providing customer service including evaluating customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Knowledge of front office operations and emergency procedures
  • Knowledge of property management system and downtime procedures
  • Ability to actively listen and give full attention to guests
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide quickly and accurately
  • Ability to manage time to meet productivity standards
  • Ability to effectively use standard office equipment and related software
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining professionalism
  • Ability to abide by company policies and brand standards
  • Ability to present a professional appearance and wear uniform and slip resistant footwear

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding guest service to arriving, departing, and in-house guests
  • Deliver accurate and timely information and services
  • Maintain a professional, friendly and helpful demeanor at all times
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Use property management system efficiently and follow downtime procedures
  • Handle standard cash transactions and maintain cash registers
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
