Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- assist guests in selecting and ordering cakes for various celebrations
- ensure accuracy and timely processing of cake orders
- maintain a clean and inviting bakery environment
- handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- promote and explain cake flavors, special offers, and discounts
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support bakery operations
