Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, move, transport, push, drag, and place objects under 10 pounds without assistance
- Able to perform reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and perform accurate cash counts
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins and check-outs and adapt to changes
- Ensure payments are secured by verifying and adjusting billing as necessary
- Provide guests with room assignments and information about hotel, directions, amenities, and local points of interest
- Prepare daily reports and review information to communicate to next shift staff
- Complete cashier reports and closing duties, and count cash accurately at the end of each shift
- Accept and log wake-up calls, notifying appropriate departments
- Communicate emergencies, lost items, or thefts to authorities or security personnel
- Maintain contingency lists for emergencies and communicate necessary messages
