Job Requirements
- must be at least 15 years old
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- reliable transportation or means of commuting to work
- willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts
- ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- strong customer service orientation
- basic math and computer skills
Job Qualifications
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm
- assist guests in selecting and ordering bundt cakes for various celebrations
- ensure accuracy and quality of all orders before completion
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bakery environment
- create a positive shopping experience by embodying the brand's joyful spirit
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- participate in community and store events to promote brand engagement
