Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance
- Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Able to stand for eight hours and perform physical duties such as bending and stretching
- Ability to see, hear, speak, and read English
- Display honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism at all times
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of hotel guest service procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations industry helpful
- Knowledge of hotel property, services and operations
- Proficient computer skills including property management system
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain professionalism and hospitality
- Knowledge of emergency procedures
- Certification for alcohol service if applicable
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- Follow hospitality standards and company guidelines
- Execute selling strategies to enhance hotel revenue
- Greet and register guests, provide room assignments and accommodate special requests
- Promote hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest issues with professionalism and hospitality
- Maintain property cleanliness and assist other departments as needed
