Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- experience in a front desk or players' club role in a similarly sized property strongly preferred
- knowledge of company policies and procedures including fire and safety regulations
- ability to effectively communicate in English
- ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- knowledge of Property Management System LMS preferred

Job Duties
- Registering hotel guests and assigning rooms
- maintaining guest and player accounts
- signing up new members and managing coupon redemption
- awarding comps and describing membership benefits to qualified guests
- greeting all guests and determining how to assist them
- issuing room keys at check-in
- blocking rooms for groups, VIPs, and casino departments
- responding to guest inquiries and providing direction and information
- resolving complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- assisting with casino events and promotions as required
- handling a cash bank
- performing other related duties as assigned
